These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77fbp platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77fbp platform (the "Platform"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 77fbp ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
77fbp reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the 77fbp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in real-money online gaming.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative of any third party or commercial entity.
- You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform.
- All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.
77fbp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 77fbp Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided without notice.
Account Holder Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
- You must not share your account login details with any other person. 77fbp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain login security.
- You must notify 77fbp customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You are responsible for all transactions made from your account, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as you notify 77fbp of unauthorised access.
KYC Verification
77fbp may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time at its sole discretion. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 77fbp Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77fbp supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Supported payment methods may change without notice; always check the Cashier section of your account for the current list.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ā§ŗ200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are generally credited to your 77fbp wallet within minutes of a confirmed transaction. 77fbp is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider or network congestion.
- 77fbp does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ā§ŗ500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 77fbp compliance.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
- 77fbp reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request of any amount.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
77fbp offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are valid for use on the 77fbp Platform only and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses not used within this period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
- 77fbp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and at its sole discretion. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts where wagering has commenced.
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value outside the Platform.
77fbp conducts regular audits to detect bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses â including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts â will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may face account suspension or permanent closure.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77fbp Platform. Engaging in any of the actions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's code, software, or infrastructure.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of a minor or any person under the age of 21.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or any other financially prohibited activity through the Platform.
77fbp cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all applicable jurisdictions. Any suspected criminal activity detected through the Platform will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.
7. Responsible Gaming
77fbp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that access to real-money play remains an enjoyable, voluntary activity for all users. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 77fbp provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from your account dashboard.
- Session time reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.
- Temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off) periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
- Permanent self-exclusion for players who wish to close their account and cease all gambling activity on the Platform.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.
Game content, including game mechanics, visual assets, and audio, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). 77fbp operates as a licensed distributor of this content and does not claim ownership over provider intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77fbp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or technical failures, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
77fbp makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 77fbp's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
77fbp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these T&C or any other Platform policy.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- At the player's own request via the self-exclusion or account closure process.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
77fbp collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77fbp does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Amendments to These Terms
77fbp may update or amend these T&C at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date. Where the changes are material, 77fbp will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure at any time by contacting 77fbp customer support.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and 77fbp, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. 77fbp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
